ROOST East Market in Philadelphia features 60 furnished apartments that combine apartment living with boutique hotel design. Apartments include a kitchen, workspace, and living area. Two-bedroom apartments provide two full bathrooms and extra seating. Apartments have 4K Apple TVs, Bosch appliances, washer & dryers, ROOST Coffee Program curated by La Colombe, Davines bath amenities, and SFERRA linens and bath towels. All apartments feature complimentary wireless internet, landline telephones with free local calls, televisions equipped with Apple TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Amenities On-Site

This accommodation provides an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a shared lounge, a garden and a spa and wellness centre. The 20-meter heated lap pool is the city's largest rooftop pool, with an elevated deck. Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness centre, equipped with free weights, machines, and Peloton stationary bikes, with a separate room for yoga and barre. There is an outdoor area with seating, a dog run, fire pits, and a children's playhouse. The garden has vegetable planting beds, fruit trees, and a sunken play area. Roost provides VanMoof electric or standard bicycles, complete with helmets and locks.

La Colombe Coffee

ROOST's coffee program includes fresh La Colombe beans in every kitchen, with Bonavita coffee makers, Baratza grinders, and Hario for pour-overs. Davines MOMO bath products are included: bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. Every apartment has living plants. Each apartment has a safety deposit box.
