The hotel's restaurant serves local cuisine combined with Asian flavors. The kitchen, run by Viki Fuchs and Johannes Schneider, uses products from the Southern Black Forest nature park, including herbs and ingredients from Asia, as well as cheese and sausages from the hotel's own factory. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 13:30, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. A snack menu and homemade cakes are available continuously. On Mondays and Tuesdays, a small menu is served. Guests can enjoy Black Forest cake, coffee, or braised 'Ochsenbäckle' with pinot noir on the sun deck with a view of local mountain Branden.

Guests can relax in the nature spa, featuring an outdoor barrel sauna. The hotel includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a Finnish sauna at 80 °C, a steam bath at 45 °C, and a conservatory relaxation room. There's direct access to the Neumagen mountain stream. A play garden is available for children, equipped with a playhouse, a swing with a jungle gym, a ping-pong table, and a rabbit hutch.
