"Mini fridge and microwave, granite counters, stylish undermounted sinks, wooden coat hangers, wood look plank vinyl floors - easy to keep clean and no nasty carpet, large 48" flat screen tv, desk with proper rolling modern desk chair, dresser and a bathroom with a bathtub in every bathroom (none of those shower stall only options in the really cheap spots) and super comfortable foam mattresses."
