Dining Tasmanian produce
The Homestead offers breakfast and dinner. Breakfast options, available at an additional cost for $30 per person, include eggs, sausages and bacon, fresh or poached fruit, and home-baked bread. Dinner, available for $60 per person, features a three-course set menu of contemporary Australian cuisine with locally sourced produce, including grass-fed beef, Tasmanian seafood, and fresh fruit and vegetables. The Homestead Library can be hired for special anniversary dinners. The Golf Shop offers light snacks and beverages. Charcuterie platters with local produce and wine are available for $35 per person upon check-in. Whisky tastings of four whiskies are available for $65 per person.

Quamby Estate is a holiday destination with a nine-hole golf course, a lake for fly-fishing, mountain bikes, and walking trails. The Quamby Golf Course offers a challenging experience for golfers. Guests can explore gardens, historic buildings, and a shearing shed. Play before enjoying Tasmanian wine and food from the on-site restaurant. A tennis court is also available.

Located in Tasmania's Meander Valley, Quamby Estate is 20 minutes from Launceston and 40 km from Launceston.
