The Peak Weavers features an award-winning restaurant open at weekends, with a limited menu available on other evenings by arrangement. A la Carte menus change monthly, using seasonal ingredients such as locally grown asparagus in June and wild Staffordshire Venison in October. A full English breakfast is included, featuring Gold award-winning sausages and butchers' dry cured bacon or hot smoked salmon from the Outer Hebrides.
