Royal Level Suites measure 969 square feet and include a living area, dining room, and private balcony or terrace. The Royal Level Master Suite measures 1507 square feet and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dressing room.

The Occidental at Xcaret Destination features 11 restaurants, including five à la carte restaurants and two international buffets. À la carte options include Mediterranean cuisine at Los Olivos, Mexican cuisine at Mexico Lindo, Asian cuisine and sushi at D'Oriental, seafood at Pescador, and grilled meats at Sonora Steak House. A pizzeria with a wood-fired oven is also available. The Royal Level offers an exclusive à la carte restaurant for guests staying in the Royal Level area.
