The unit features an open floor plan, a wet bar in the living area, a family room, additional ski storage space, and views overlooking the Town of Aspen and Red Mountain, as well as the intersection of Durant and the Gondola Plaza. All condos have flat-panel TVs, and some have mountain views. Some master bathrooms include a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Some units have air conditioning for the summer months. Location and Views
North of Nell is located steps from the Silver Queen Gondola. The property is located in downtown Aspen near shops and nightlife. You are steps from skiing and hiking and the Ruby Park Transit Station, which provides complimentary skier shuttles to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Some condos overlook the town, while others have views of Shadow Mountain.

Aspen-Pitkin County Airport is 10 km from North of Nell. United Airlines provides service to Aspen from Denver, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Frontier Airlines offers flights from Denver. Eagle County Airport is 70 miles away, approximately a 90-minute drive. Denver International Airport is 220 miles away. From Glenwood Springs, take Hwy 82 east for about 40 miles to Aspen.
