the room needed better upkeep i noticed loose towel racks and a shaving mirror light that did not work even the shower rail was unstable thankfully they fixed it the same day the food at the restaurant lacked taste street food stalls in kuala lumpur offer tastier options it was quite disappointing

The transport was reliable, and all staff were very accommodating. The resort was very clean, and our room included a spacious balcony. I must especially thank the kitchen and restaurant staff for looking after us so attentively. I recommend the special bamboo chicken. It is awesome. I also recommend the private river area behind the resort.
The way to our room from the lobby felt somewhat long. This proved a little tiresome when checking out with luggage.

The Melinau Suite was spacious. It also had beautiful appointments. Its location was a little removed from the lobby. We enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant. Transportation was quickly arranged by the hotel staff. We appreciated Najmamunifah's attentive service during our meals.

I stayed in a premier king room and it was lovely. it had two separate sinks which i found practical. the room had a rainfall shower. The water pressure was great. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was punctual!!!
the wifi only worked in the common areas and not in the room. this was slightly inconvenient for planning my daily activities.
