charmed by the stay
spacious room friendly staff
The premier king suite balcony room was spacious. it featured a kitchenette and a nice balcony i enjoyed. the staff were friendly especially josh and ebony. They are super helpful. the location is quiet and near restaurants and venues.
valet parking cost 65 dollars per night. i found this inconvenient. i wish there was another option for parking besides the expensive valet service.

lovely premier suite
king suite safe area complimentary coffee
we stayed in a premier king suite with a balcony for four nights. this lovely suite had loads of space plus complimentary coffee (i enjoyed it every morning). the staff were very cute after our long flight. sunset strip was so easy to reach for a great breakfast.
i found no convenience stores in a walkable distance. the water was overpriced with no kettle in the room to heat it up (this was a bit frustrating).

the hotel is in a nice neighborhood of west hollywood. it is near st monica boulevard with a lot of shops and services. the environment was safe, allowing me to stroll around freely.

mixed feelings about this stay
expensive parking chainsaw noise
the room was spacious and clean, a definite plus.
The valet parking cost $65 a night. a worker started trimming the trees outside my window at 9am on saturday. The chainsaw noise was unwelcome after a friday night out. the pool was also closed that saturday, i couldn't relax as planned.

a peaceful haven with good staff
spacious suite attentive housekeeping pleasant doorman
I spent four wonderful nights in a spacious suite. especially ebony. She ensured my final day was perfect (it meant a lot). housekeeping was attentive, and i always returned to a super clean room. the doorman was especially pleasant, greeting me with a warm smile each day.
i did notice that the bathroom doors, being sliding ones, didn't offer much sound isolation from the room. one door even slid open on its own sometimes (it was a little awkward).

the room included a separate living area, helpful.

Balanced experience at this hotel
spacious room quick staff rooftop pool bathroom door limited space housekeeping request
The room was spacious I stayed in the One Bedroom Residence King. The staff responded quickly to requests it was appreciated. I found the rooftop pool to be nice it had a bar.
The bathroom door did not provide much isolation it was a sliding door. I noticed the hotel felt older than it looked in photos there were limited common spaces. Housekeeping was only provided upon request this was not ideal.

perfect location helpful staff
The location was perfect for exploring, close to many key areas. The staff was helpful. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It was so nice (i loved that) to get insider tips from people who clearly knew the area well.
I found the valet parking fee quite expensive. There didn't seem to be alternative parking options nearby.
