I found the hotel very centrally located. the staff were helpful and professional. I especially appreciated their assistance with directions. the room, a superior room, was clean and the bed comfortable. they also kindly allowed a slightly later checkout time.
the hot water took a while to come through in the evenings (but was fine in the morning).

The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to shops and attractions. i walked to most places of interest from the hotel. It took approximately 10 minutes to reach the historical center. garage parking is available at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. it included both hot and cold options. The pastries were particularly good. the restaurant is located on the ground floor and is spacious (the dining area is quite large).

the reception staff were friendly and spoke english well. they were able to provide useful information and assistance (with directions and recommendations). the staff also seemed to handle requests efficiently.
The reception staff offered efficient, professional service. The hotel provided a rich and varied breakfast selection (i loved the fresh pastries). I found a designated parking space for €15 per night. The location is convenient for accessing the city center by foot.
The a/c in the room did not seem very effective.

the location was acceptable and provided easy access to the city center. the staff were friendly enough
my room was not properly air conditioned, despite what i was told. i also found the room rather dark and the windows did not fully open, this made the space feel cramped and stuffy
