Sunset Sea View Huts
Koh Tao Bamboo Huts is located on Jansom Bay, known as one of Thailand's most secluded bays. The resort provides huts with sunset sea views, indoor and outdoor balconies, and a pavilion. Some huts include a 5-meter diameter private pool with a Jacuzzi. Each hut features air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, an in-room safe, a dining table, a patio, free toiletries, a dryer, an AM/FM alarm clock, a telephone, a flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring. Landmarks nearby include Sai Nuan Beach (1.5 km), Chalok baan kao bay (2 km), Assava Dive Resort (1.5 km), King Rama V Rock and Statue (1.5 km), Jansom Bay (0.3 km), The Gallery (2.5 km), Sai Ri Beach (1.5 km), and Aow Leuk Bay (2.5 km). Chumphon is accessible by car from Bangkok via Highway 4 to NaKohn Pathom, then via Phetchaburi, Hua Hin, Highways 41 and 401 to Chumphon. Air-conditioned coaches depart daily from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal for the 8-hour trip to Chumphon. Ferries from Ban Don and Don Sak take 1.5 hours.
