Heliconias Nature Lodge features multiple types of accommodations: Standard Bungalows with a garden view, Glass Bungalows with a jungle view, Treehouse Bungalows, Deluxe Bungalows with a jungle view, and the Deluxe Treehouse. Standard Bungalows offer two double beds, a private balcony, a private bathroom with a hot water shower, a hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite television, a safe-deposit box, a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, and Wi-Fi. Glass Bungalows have one queen bed and one sofa bed, a spacious interior, a 300° jungle view, and a private balcony with hammocks. Treehouse Bungalows include one queen bed and one sofa bed, a location ten feet in the air, and a glass wall for jungle views. The Deluxe Treehouse is twenty feet in the air and includes access to the Farm tour.

The lodge has a restaurant where guests can try Abuelo's secret recipes. The restaurant features an open-air setting. The restaurant prepares fresh cocktails.
