Room 12 features two windows overlooking The Breakers Hotel and its pool, and two twin beds. Room 14, located on the second floor, includes two windows (one overlooking the lawn and ocean) and a king-sized bed. Room 15, located on the second floor, has a queen-sized bed and two windows overlooking the neighboring property, along with the largest private bathroom with a bathtub and stand-in shower. Room 16, also on the second floor, includes two windows overlooking the side and back yards and a king bed. Room 17, on the third floor, features a queen-sized bed and a partial ocean view. Room 18, located on the third floor, includes a king-sized bed and a partial ocean view. Room 19 features brand new furnishings, chic bedding, pillow-top mattresses, plenty of pillows, a Smart TV with live TV access, air conditioning, heat and environmentally-friendly, paraben free Essentiel Elements toiletries. The Grand Victorian features Bareli's by the Sea, a new in-house restaurant with a redesigned dining room, sunroom, and wrap-around front porch, which has a seasonal liquor license with extensive wine lists and creatively fashioned cocktails alongside a fresh, modern menu with Italian classics, specialty pastas, local fish, and daily butcher specials. Amelia's By The Sea, located in the hotel, provides old-school Italian and contemporary continental cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere.
