the reception staff were condescending, that disappointed me. the movie theater was not open, and i found the badminton court closed. i also noticed the swimming pool water was murky..

my family and i experienced a really grand stay i was impressed by the team's care and compassion it is clear the hotel values really good service i also want to acknowledge the staff at the front desk for their warm and professional welcome they arranged a complimentary airport drop-off very quickly.

the in-room wifi connection was a little unreliable it seemed to disconnect every few minutes i hope they address this minor issue

the rooms include air conditioning with temperature controls the provided toiletries were replenished daily i found the beds very comfortable the linens felt very soft and clean.

the hotel is a short drive from the airport this made arrival and departure stress-free the surrounding area seemed peaceful with minimal traffic noise the hotel offered shuttle services to nearby attractions and shopping areas.

the outdoor pool area included ample seating with umbrellas for shade the fitness center featured modern equipment with treadmills and stationary bikes there was also a business center with computers and printing services available to guests.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of items including local and international options i observed fresh fruit juice stations available the restaurant staff was attentive and quick to clear tables the dining area was spacious and well-lit.
