Gastronomic Options
Sylvestre Wahid's restaurant serves a degustation menu, including Roscoff crab and lemon-seaweed dessert, with seating for 20 people. Chef Sylvester's cuisine uses raw and freeze-dried foods, prepared without fats, salt, or sugar. Bellini Lounge Bar offers spirits, cocktails, and vintage champagnes, along with tea time pastries and hot chocolates. Guests can order meals at any time, served in the dining room, balcony, terrace, bar, or VIP zone. Risotto with lobster is served with foie gras from the Les Landes region.
