Familienhotel Huber features a 500 m² indoor play area with supervision and animation, plus an outdoor playground with a trampoline, slide, see-saw, swings, climbing tower, and sand pit. There is a heated indoor pool linked to an outdoor infinity pool, plus a separate baby pool with water-spouting animals and a little slide. The property includes a giant tube water slide, plus a family dress-on sauna and adults-only sauna. A wellness area is available with beauty treatments and massages. The hotel is located next to slopes in the Gitschberg Jochtal Skiing area.

Familienhotel Huber is located in Valles, 70 km from Bolzano, and 1 km from an adventure farm. It is near the Ancient Close Rio Pusteria (5.5 km) and Forte di Fortezza (5.5 km). The hotel is located next to the slopes of the Gitschberg Jochtal area, with 50 km of connected slopes between 1300 and 2500 m altitude. Free use of public transport in South Tyrol is offered. The nearest international train station is in Franzensfeste/ Fortezza.

Guests at Familienhotel Huber receive a free personal AlmencardPLUS upon arrival. The hotel provides 70 hours of kids' animation and 60 hours of babysitting per week. Baby and children care is included for 7 days (50 hours a week, monday to friday from 9.30 - 14.00 and 16.00 - 20.00, saturday and sunday 16.00 - 20.00). Kitchenette and bottle warming / sterilizing equipment are available. There is a children's table with supervision for 7 days a week (70 hours a week). Buggies and baby back carriers are available free of charge.
