Euphoria Retreat offers rooms and suites with Byzantine-era-inspired interiors. Rooms include handmade mattresses with olive oil-treated fabrics, tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Each room features a flat-screen TV, parquet floors, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony, terrace, or patio with garden views. The Byzantium Grand Suite (100 m2) features two bedrooms, a seating area, two onyx marble bathrooms (one with a steam shower), a private garden with a California cedar hot tub, and a veranda with panoramic views. Euphoria Junior Suites (53 m2) have an adjoining living area, an onyx marble bathroom, and a terrace or private balcony overlooking citrus groves, the valley, and Mystras village. Mystras Suites (55-67 m2) include a bedroom, seating area, onyx marble bathroom with steam shower, and a private terrace with views of the citrus valley and Mystras village.

The GAIA Restaurant offers Mediterranean and Greek cuisine using local and traditional products. The restaurant features an open kitchen for cookery lessons with chefs and nutritionists. Guests on Spa programs including 3GL assessment, analysis and nutritional guidance sessions benefit from Full Board including 5 meals. Guests, who embark on Spa programs including 3GL assessment and analysis benefit from 2 additional meals. The Leoncini Mansion offers a private dining experience. Euphoria Retreat has a spa building, with facilities including an indoor-outdoor swimming pool and a 4-meter deep Sphere Pool. The spa offers treatments such as energy healing, cosmetic facials, slimming treatments, Homeopathic consultations, acupuncture, and lymphatic drainage. There are specific areas dedicated to the energies of the five elements: fire, earth, water, air, and aether. Other facilities include a relaxation area, Waterwell (Kneipp Therapy), Tepidarium, Laconium, Finnish Sauna, Experiential Showers, Herbal Steam bath, Cold Plunge Pool, Cold Ice Mist, and a gym. The retreat also offers daily Forrest Yoga classes, guided meditations, and breathwork sessions. Activities include outdoor movement meditation, energetic walks through the woodlands, and treks to Mystras.
Location and Surroundings
Euphoria Retreat is located in Mystras, just south of modern Sparta and the ruins of ancient Sparta. Kalamata International Airport is approximately a 1-hour drive away, and Athens International Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away. Nearby landmarks include the Museum of the Olive and Greek Olive Oil (4.5 km), Cave of Caiada (4.5 km), and the Temple of Artemis Orthia (4.5 km). The hotel is surrounded by a private fir and pine forest on the slopes of Mount Taygetus.
