Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains has studio and condominium units. The Sunset Studios are located in a building within the Lutsen Mountains base area, steps from the Summit Gondola and Charlie's Alpine Bistro. Upper-level studios feature a balcony; lower-level ADA-compliant rooms provide walk-out doors to the slopes and hiking trails. Double queen rooms with a twin sofabed sleep five adults and are 479 square feet. King rooms with a twin sofabed sleep three adults and are 397 square feet. Rooms have complimentary guest Wi-Fi and TVs with satellite channels.

Dining at Charlie's Bistro

Breakfast is available for purchase Saturdays and Sundays, from 7 AM to 11 AM at Charlie's Alpine Bistro, located in the same building as the Lutsen Mountains Ticket Office and Sunset Studios. Charlie's Alpine Bistro features an open kitchen and a fire feature. The menu focuses on locally sourced ingredients.

Activities and Amenities

Eagle Ridge Resort provides ski-in/ski-out access to Lutsen Mountains. Guests can use the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and fitness center. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open daily 8 AM-10 PM, with adult-only swim from 10 PM-11 PM. Ticket printing is available for lodging guests during check-in. The base area and on-mountain facilities enhance the vacation experience. GPS golf cars are available. The Rossignol Experience Rental Center provides ski and snowboard equipment.

Location and Access

Eagle Ridge Resort is set in the Sawtooth Mountains. It is near Cascade River State Park, known for its cross-country ski trail system, and Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The resort is close to the Superior Hiking Trail. Oberg Mountain and LeVeaux Mountain Trailheads share a parking area on Onion River Road. The Summit Express Gondola provides access to Moose Mountain.

Resort Services

Lutsen Mountains Resort provides guest parking, including handicapped spaces near the registration office and pool. Vending rooms with ice are available in buildings A and E. Guest laundry is located in building E. The resort is now cashless; cash is accepted as gratuity. A release of liability form is required. All units at Eagle Ridge Resort are non-smoking. No more than two dogs can be registered in the same room; pet-friendly units must be requested directly with the lodging property, and an additional fee may apply.
