The all-inclusive concept operates from 10:00 to 24:00, focusing on guest satisfaction. Dining options include the main restaurant, beach bar, and pool bar. The main restaurant offers an open buffet for breakfast (07:00 - 10:00), late breakfast (10:00 - 10:30), lunch (12:30 - 14:00), and dinner (19:00 - 21:00), along with a night soup service (23:00 - 23:30). An Erkan Breakfast is available for late arrivals and early departures from 00:00 to 06:00. The Family Snack Bar provides snack food service (12:00 - 16:00), ice cream and waffles (15:00 - 16:00), and cake, coffee, and tea (11:00 - 17:00). Room service is available 24 hours for a fee. Guests can relax at the fully equipped SPA health and beauty center, offering a sauna, massages, and Turkish bath services. Entertainment includes shows at the open-air theatre organized by the entertainment staff, various night shows, and live music on specific days and evenings. Amphitheater animation shows and activities for Dream Family Club are presented from Dream World Hill. Other activities feature watersports, volleyball, billiards, and table tennis. The beach is approximately 350 meters from the facility, accessible via a free shuttle service (2 minutes) or on foot (5 minutes). Sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary by the pool and on the beach.
Kids' Activities
A kids' club, staffed by a team speaking multiple languages, offers various daytime activities for children aged 4 to 12. Aqua Park and Children's Aqua Tower are located in Dream Family Club. A children's buffet is available in the main restaurant.
