The Literaturhotel Berlin has individually furnished rooms featuring Oriental carpets. Select rooms include a seating area. All guestrooms have complimentary Wi-Fi. Apartments are available with three double rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen; prices are available upon request.

Rent the Uwe-Johnson Parlour for up to 40 guests, including use of the parlor and the garden, tableware, flower decorations, crockery, glasses, hi-fi equipment, piano, and beamer for 500 € (approximately 6 hours).

The streets feature villas with decorated facades and doors dating from the Gründerzeit and Jugendstil periods. The hotel is 0.5 km from Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz. With Schnellbahn S1 from Friedenau, Potsdamer Platz/Brandenburger Tor is 14 minutes away. Potsdam is 40 minutes away and Messe Nord/ICC is 17 minutes away. Take U-Bahn U9 from Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz to Kufürstendamm/Bahnhof Zoo, approximately 7 minutes. The Botanical Garden and Tiergarten Park show the area's beauty.
