Club Mac offers standard rooms with two double beds (sleeps up to four) or a double and a single bed (sleeps up to three). Premium rooms feature a double bed plus bunk beds. Family suites include a main room with a double bed and a separate area with bunk beds plus a sofa bed, or a double bed plus bunk beds. Family Suites are available for 4, 5 or 6 people. Family Suites 6 have every room with its own TV. All rooms include: centralized air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, desk, balcony, television, telephone, free safe, free Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, wall-mounted shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer.
Dining choices
Club Mac features the Jupiter, Marte, and Saturno restaurants, offering all-you-can-eat buffet breakfasts and themed dinners. Themed dinners feature dishes from China, Spain, Italy, Mexico, India, and classic roasts. Water, tea, coffee, and juices are available 24 hours a day in the building hallways. Lake Burger serves fast food. Pizza Wagon offers pizza, soft drinks, and beer. Kids & Fun Ice Cream serves ice cream. Until midnight, fast food and salads are available. The all-inclusive meal plan includes meals, snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine, and ready-made cocktails. Local spirits are served from 6 p.m. until midnight. High chairs, microwaves, and baby purees are available.
Fun and Activities
Club Mac has eight pools, sports facilities, and entertainment for all ages. Guests have access to a water park across the street. Two natural lakes offer pedalos and mini electric boats. There are two kids' clubs offering games, sports, and activities. Slides are available for all ages, 20 meters from the hotel. Other activities include tennis, mini golf, table tennis, water sports, Circus stage shows, and Saturno stage karaoke and comedy. Market stalls by local traders are set up in the evenings. Kids will be able to experience two bouncy castles, a mini pendulum attraction and a flying car attraction. A playground is available with separate sections for younger kids and an inflatable jumping mattress. Additional activities are available for specific age groups, such as the Dragon House mini club (ages 4-6), team sports, Mermaid and Triton School, and MACsterchef (ages 7-11).
Location and Transport
Club Mac is located on the north coast of Majorca, near Alcudia beach, between the bays of Alcudia and Pollença. It is 65 km from Palma de Mallorca and 1 km from Alcudia harbor. A free shuttle bus takes guests to the beach and the port during high season. Nearby landmarks include Plaza de Carlos V (1.5 km), Teatro romano de Pollentia (1.5 km), and Alcudia beach (1 km). There are also the Albufera Natural Park, which includes canals and ponds surrounded by hotels, apartments and villas.
Hotel Services
Club Mac offers a 24-hour reception with currency exchange. The Club House desk in Marte handles excursions, pool towels (gold package only), and sports equipment. The hotel provides free secure luggage rooms and payable lockers for valuables. Club Mac also offers courtesy shower and changing rooms and there are PCs at reception where guests can print return boarding cards. A doctor is available on site during business hours. For families, Club Mac offers many hire items, such as baby walkers, baths, bed guards, pushchairs, sterilizers, bottle warmers, and more. A shop, washing machines and dryers, a hairdresser, a medical center and lockers are also available. A relax area is provided next to the main lake, with massage and beauty treatments. A one night penalty on top of the nights you have already stayed will be charged if you leave the hotel before check out date.
