amazing stay, charmed by the serenity!

The sunsets were amazing. I loved watching them over the gulf. kai bae beach is a short, easy walk from the resort. numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so it's easy to explore local food. the staff were super friendly that much better!
I noticed some of the cement flooring was detaching near the pool. It didn't bother me much, but i hope they fix it soon.

Breakfast was good. There was a varied selection and i found tasty options. the hotel is conveniently located near many great local eateries, so trying different cuisines was easy. the food was AMAZING!!!

my beautiful premium double room was very spacious. it had a nice terrace where i could relax. the room was very clean upon arrival, which i appreciated.

the staff were helpful and friendly, and very quick to respond to requests. i had a small issue with my air conditioning, and it was resolved quickly. everyone was always smiling, made for a very cute atmosphere.

musty smellworn towels
I was initially impressed, but some things bothered me. there was a persistent musty smell in the room. the staff tried, but even replacing the mattress and using ozone treatment didn't fully eliminate it. the air conditioning might be to blame! the towels also looked quite worn out. They definitely need replacing. it all felt a bit neglected, musty smell

My seafront room provided really good value. The location is great, situated in a fabulous town. Restaurants are in easy walking distance and it felt peaceful. The pool got sunshine all day and sunbeds were very comfortable.
The hotel has potential. The room had a damp smell that could not be resolved. Staff tried ozone treatment and candles, yet the smell stayed.
