The hotel is a 15-minute walk from JR Saga Arashiyama Station, a 5-minute walk from Keifuku Railway Arashiyama Station, and a 15-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama Station. The hotel is near the Togetsukyo Bridge (5-minute walk) and the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest (11-minute walk). The Sagano Romantic Train connects to the Hozugawa River descent starting point.

Arashiyama Benkei provides luggage delivery to Kyoto and Osaka city hotels, and Kansai International Airport for a fee. Pick-up service is available from JR Saga Arashiyama Station and Hankyu Arashiyama Train Station upon request from 16:00 to 18:00. A free shuttle bus leaves the property at 09:00 and 09:30 to the nearest station. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance.
