Diverse culinary experiences
Amorita Resort has four onsite restaurants. Saffron offers Filipino cuisine and international dishes. The Lost Cow is an American chophouse with steaks and seafood. Turchino serves modern Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta made with fresh ingredients. Signature dishes include Margherita Moderna pizza with oven-roasted tomatoes and Alla Tropicana pizza with dried pineapples and duck breast. Other options include Gambari e Calamari (pappardelle with prawns and squid), Mozzarella d'Oro (fried mozzarella with cherry tomato marmalata), and Asian Bowls. Filipino classics such as Kare-Kare and Sinigang are available. Saffron also celebrates regional ingredients and offers a Dulce de Leche Cheese Cake with coconut and pineapple rum compote. The Lost Cow provides Panglao with a chophouse experience.
Leisure and wellness
Guests can use the gym, equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights. Sea Tree Spa provides massage therapies and treatments.
