The resort encompasses almost 2,000 acres with 35 miles of paved roads. From NOVA area, take Route 7 or Interstate 66 West to Interstate 81 South.

Realtors support existing home sales at the resort. A list of local and regional builders is maintained for those wishing to construct a new home.
