Inn's Guestrooms
Adair Inn has eleven rooms, each tailored to individual guest needs. Rooms range from twin, queen, and king-sized beds with renovated bathrooms. Rooms are on three floors and vary in size and style. The Crawford Suite, Franconia Suite, and Kinsman Suite are pet-friendly and feature a California King or King feather bed, a smart TV, a fireplace, and a private bath with a two-person jetted tub and rain shower. The Franconia Suite offers views to mountains, ponds, and gardens. Other amenities include french doors opening to a private patio and sitting area with fireplace, pull out sofa bed, refrigerator, and espresso machine. Some rooms have views of the Dalton Mountain Range and gardens. Select rooms have a loveseat.
Onsite Restaurant
Adair's Restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, 5 to 9 pm, and offers New England cuisine. Guests can dine in the fireside dining room, on the outdoor garden patio, or in the library pub. A daily chef's breakfast is included. The menu features appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and other items. Rek'*lis brew, wine, or cocktails are available. Date Night includes appetizer, two entrees, two salads or two desserts from the seasonal menu. New Head Chef, Joshua Bartholomew, trained at Le Cordon Bleu.
Activities and Attractions
The Inn offers 182 acres with gardens and walking paths. Local hiking trails are nearby. Guests can step through arched gateways to Littleton's Riverwalk. Franconia Art Walking Tour features sculpture, architecture, paintings, mosaics and gardens. Nearby attractions include the Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza, New England Ski Museum, Governor Gallen Memorial Bridge, Echo Lake State Park, Flume Gorge, and Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway. Guests can try waterfall watching, bike riding, or a Bretton Woods Canopy Tour. Winter activities include snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, and visiting Ice Castles.

Adair Country Inn & Restaurant is located between Bethlehem and Littleton, near Interstate 93 (Exit 40) and Route 302, 10 miles north of Franconia Notch. Morrisville-Stowe State is 100 km away. The Inn is near antique shops, art galleries, and villages like Littleton, Sugar Hill, and Franconia. Airports nearby include Burlington, VT (under 2 hours), Logan International, Boston, MA (2.5 hours), and Manchester, NH (under 2 hours).
Inn's Additional Services
The Inn provides pet-friendly rooms with walking trails and private dog bowls, available for an additional fee of $35 per pet per night. Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Special events include rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, brunches, and afternoon tea.
